🚨 TRAVEL ALERT | Saudia Advises Riyadh Travelers to Book via Al Qassim With Free Shuttle Service
The airline is directing eligible bookings through Al Qassim Airport, with complimentary bus transfers between the airport and Riyadh operating until further notice.

Saudia has advised travel agency partners that customers planning to travel to or from Riyadh can book flights through Al Qassim Airport (ELQ) and use a complimentary shuttle bus between the airport and Riyadh.
According to the airline’s partner notice, issued October 20, the shuttle operates hourly in both directions, at no additional charge, until further notice.
What travelers need to know:
* Arriving at Al Qassim: The notice states that every arrival at ELQ is met by a shuttle to Riyadh.
* Departing from Al Qassim: Hourly shuttles leave Riyadh from the Saudia Experience Store, ROSHN Front, Airport Road, Riyadh 13413.
* Booking: Saudia recommends ticketing to or from ELQ. Shuttle entitlement is automatic in both directions, whether or not a bus segment appears on the ticket.
* Other transportation: Private limousines and rental cars carry separate charges and are not included in the complimentary service.
The notice does not explain the reason for this arrangement or announce a blanket suspension of Riyadh flights.
Passengers should confirm their flight itinerary, shuttle departure details, and required transfer time with Saudia or their travel agency before traveling.
