YourNews and TNN Online Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Global News Reach
New content-sharing deal boosts international news collaboration

New York
YourNews Network has entered into a new content-sharing agreement with TNN Online News, paving the way for deeper collaboration and expanded access to breaking stories, features, and original reporting across both platforms.
Under the agreement, TNN Online will gain access to republish selected news content from YourNews on its own website, while also launching a dedicated TNN Online page within the YourNews ecosystem. The initiative aims to strengthen both networks’ international visibility and provide audiences with a broader range of trusted, real-time reporting.
The partnership was formally announced by Sam Anthony, CEO and President of YourNews, and Maged Amin, CEO and President of TNN Online News.
The collaboration was facilitated through Merge X LLC, represented by its Founder and CEO Amr Gohar, who attended and coordinated the discussions that led to the final agreement. Gohar described the deal as “a significant step toward building a more connected and cooperative digital media landscape.”
The partnership officially takes effect starting October 21, 2025, with joint coverage expected to begin immediately across political, business, and global news categories.
