A message urging Egypt’s National Election Authority to uphold transparency, fairness, and integrity in elections.
Calls for a thorough review of electoral incidents and appeals by the National Election Authority

Mr. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
I have been informed of the incidents that occurred in some electoral districts where there was competition among individual candidates. These incidents are subject to review and resolution solely by the National Election Authority, which is independent in its work according to its establishing law.
I request that the esteemed Authority conduct a thorough examination of these incidents and the appeals submitted regarding them, and take decisions that please God – may He be glorified – and honestly reflect the true will of the voters. The Authority should enhance the transparency of procedures by ensuring that each candidate’s representative receives a copy of the vote count from the subcommittee, so that members of the House of Representatives truly represent the people of Egypt under the Parliament’s dome.
The National Election Authority should not hesitate to make the correct decision if it is impossible to determine the true will of the voters, whether by completely canceling this phase of the elections or partially canceling it in one or more electoral districts, with the elections for these districts being conducted at a later date.
I also request that the National Election Authority announce the measures taken regarding violations in election campaigning, to ensure effective oversight and prevent them from exceeding legal boundaries, and to prevent their recurrence in the remaining election rounds.
Long live Egypt… Long live Egypt… Long live Egypt.
